Everything on this site — service descriptions, case studies, project values, timelines and turnaround commitments — is provided for general information. Nothing on this website is an offer, a quote, or a binding price. Indicative figures shown in case studies reflect past projects and are not an indication of what your project will cost.
Estimates, bids and contracts
Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract and does not oblige us to bid or to perform work. Any estimate or proposal we issue is valid only for the period stated on it and is subject to site conditions, drawing revisions, addenda and material pricing at the time of order.
Work we perform is governed exclusively by the signed proposal, subcontract or purchase order between Paragon Drywall Ltd. and the client — not by these website terms. Where the two conflict, the signed agreement prevails.
Accuracy
We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions, or that it is complete or up to date. Building code references, assembly ratings and finish level descriptions are given in good faith as general guidance and must not be relied on in place of the project specifications, the current BC Building Code, or the advice of the design professionals of record.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photographs, project imagery, graphics, logos and layout — is owned by Paragon Drywall Ltd. or used with permission, and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own use in evaluating or procuring our services. You may not reproduce, republish, sell or use our content commercially, or present it as your own, without our written permission.
Project photographs may show work carried out for third parties. Their trademarks and building names remain the property of their respective owners and are shown for identification only.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to transmit anything unlawful or malicious, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or the servers behind it, to scrape or harvest data by automated means, or to submit false information or another person’s details through our forms.
