This was an interior renovation of a Panago restaurant in Chilliwack, delivered for a tier-one general contractor. Restaurant fit-outs are detail-driven and schedule-tight. Health, finish, and ceiling requirements all have to land cleanly within a short window before the space can open to the public.

One subcontract covered the full ceiling and wall finish scope. A single crew sequenced T-bar ceilings, drywall, and a premium skim-coat finish to the GC's opening date.

What Was Built Into the Fit-Out
The technical scope reflects what a quick-service restaurant needs to open clean: a coordinated suspended ceiling system, food-service appropriate finishes, and a flawless surface under critical lighting.
- Suspended T-bar grid and tile per design, often cleanable and washable tile suited to food-service environments
- Level 5 skim-coat finish on feature walls and critical-lighting areas
- T-bar layout coordinated with mechanical, sprinkler, and lighting rough-ins
- Sequenced to the GC's opening date and other trades on a compact restaurant footprint
