- Project Overview
A High-Rise Tower Package at Station Square
Pristine Drywall delivered a tower package as part of the Station Square development in Burnaby, one of the Lower Mainland's major mixed-use, high-rise communities. The project was completed for a tier-one general contractor.
High-rise multi-residential work demands suite-by-suite consistency, fire-rated and acoustic separations between units, and reliable phasing across many floors while other trades work the building. Each unit had to match the one beside it. Each floor had to be ready when the schedule called for it.
"This is Pristine's largest project to date and a proof point that the team can deliver high-rise drywall scope at scale."
The scope ran top to bottom across the tower: steel stud framing, boarding, taping, and a clean Level 4 finish. Being trusted with high-rise tower work signals to developers and general contractors that Pristine can perform on large, schedule-critical multi-residential builds.

- Project-Type FAQ
High-Rise Drywall Questions Answered
High-rise drywall is sequenced floor-by-floor behind framing, mechanical, and electrical. Fire-rated corridor and demising walls and acoustic party-wall assemblies are built to the project's specified listings. Crews scale across floors to hold the building schedule.
The BC Building Code sets minimum sound-transmission requirements between dwelling units, commonly STC 50 as a baseline, with higher ratings often specified. The exact assembly and rating are set by the project's design team. Pristine builds to the specified listing.
Pristine Drywall delivers steel stud framing, fire-rated and STC-rated assemblies, drywall, and finishing for multi-residential high-rise and mid-rise projects across Burnaby and the Lower Mainland as a subcontractor to general contractors.
Pristine delivers full tower packages: steel stud framing, boarding, taping, and finishing, all under one subcontract. The Station Square tower package was scoped and delivered exactly this way for a tier-one GC.
