Restaurant Drywall Questions Answered
Quick-service restaurant fit-outs are usually compact and schedule-driven. Typically a few weeks for ceilings, drywall, and finish, coordinated tightly around the opening date and other trades on site.
Restaurants commonly use suspended T-bar ceilings with cleanable tile for food-service areas, paired with a Level 5 finish on feature walls where critical lighting demands a flawless surface. Pristine delivers both under one scope.
Pristine Drywall delivers T-bar ceilings, drywall, and Level 4 to Level 5 finishes for restaurant and food-service tenant improvements across Chilliwack and the Fraser Valley as a subcontractor to general contractors.
A Level 5 finish is a full skim coat that stays smooth and consistent under critical, even lighting common in modern restaurant interiors. It eliminates the photographing of joints and fasteners that a Level 4 can show under those conditions, which matters most on feature walls and brand-forward dining areas.
Pristine Drywall returns line-itemed bids within 48 hours of receiving drawings for most restaurant tenant improvement scopes. Send drawings to arsh@pdrywall.ca or call (604) 991-6216.
